C3D Architecture PLLC is highly regarded architectural and interior design firm with offices in New York City. The firm specializes in residential, commercial and hospitality building developments, building alterations and interior design. Green isn’t just for the envy your friends will experience when they see your new home at Windows. It’s also a philosophy, an imperative, and a financially sound practice we’ve interwoven through each splendid home.
We’ve judiciously invested in a heating and cooling system that is ahead of its time: a technically advanced marriage of efficiency and convenience that will translate to substantial savings for our owners. On the roof, complete protection is provided by an equally advanced material made from a vapor permeable, cold applied liquid polymer, a system found only in New York’s most expensive homes. Low-E thermal windows are coated in an invisible metallic layer which restricts transfer of heat, keeping warmth inside in the winter and cool air inside in summer. And the facades of both buildings are covered in a panel system that creates an air and moisture barrier between the outside and the inside, all year round.
Sure, our upfront costs were higher, but the result, namely a more ecologically-friendly building with happier owners, is well worth the effort.
